What resort destinations does my membership offer access to?

Most of our members have certain destinations that they enjoy visiting each year, but did you know that your membership enables you access to virtually unlimited vacation ownership resorts throughout the US and around the world. Your website has a live inventory feed for more than 4,000 destinations through a consolidated platform that is exclusive to only members such as yourself.  Additionally, our Travel Concierge works with other resort and condominium developers who have agreed to honor member pricing to our vast membership base which has grown to more than 300,000 individuals throughout the world.

How can I be sure I’m getting the best price on hotels when there are so many options now available online?

The important thing to remember is that the travel industry is regulated and any public facing travel site offering hotel pricing has a minimum rate that they can publish. That is why no matter how many sites you search for a specific hotel room, rates will be very close in price across any website. Because we are an exclusive membership offering pricing behind a secure login, we have the ability to publish prices below those regulated by the industry. This not only gives us the ability to list lower pricing than any public facing website, it also allows us to provide members a ‘best price guarantee’ in the rare occasion you do find a price that is lower.

Why do I see the same cruise line offers on the cruise line’s website as I see available through my membership?

Cruise lines have strict rules regarding how we can promote their offers. Therefore, many of the promotions from our cruise line vendors are representative to what they offer through their own website. All Cruise lines pay travel agents a commission to book their cruises. As a member, we discount any package you purchase through your membership to offset the commission that would otherwise be offered to us as the agency booking the trip. Therefore, as a member, you are basically receiving wholesale cruise pricing. Additionally, because of the vast volume of cruise bookings we do each year to our member base, each cruise line provides us additional incentives such as on-board credits, free bar credits, free upgrades and various other incentives that we pass along directly to you.

What All-Inclusive Resort Companies do I get discounts at through my membership?

Just as we have with the Cruise industry, we also have exclusive pricing for all the top all-inclusive resort properties. Sandals, Beaches, RIU, Disney, Azul, Iberostar, Barcelo Hotel Group, just to name a few that you can expect exclusive savings through your membership. Got a favorite location? Give our Travel Concierge a call and we can research the options through the thousands of vendor partners we work with.

What about airfare?

On your member website, you can access live airline booking engines to research and book your airfare anytime you desire. Our online airfare engine allows you to utilize any airline loyalty programs that you may have. The pricing available through our online booking engine is going to pull the best possible rates available, however because of federal regulations, we cannot offer additional discounts on air travel. We do encourage you to research and book your air through your member website as it gives you the ability to watch for the best pricing and book it as it comes available. Here’s a good tip…online airfare rates tend to be the cheapest at midnight on Tuesday.

What other types of travel can we do through our membership?

If you can dream it we can make it happen. Our Travel Concierge work with thousands of travel providers, tour operators and excursions to create those unique once in a lifetime experiences. This year we have expanded our offerings to include Luxury Villas. These are very high-end properties in some of the most sought-after destinations around the globe that you have access to at…you guessed it…exclusive member discounts. But it doesn’t stop there. We’ve had members visit Iceland to experience the hot springs and tour the ice caves, we’ve had members tour the vineyards of Spain, week-long yoga retreats and we’ve even created all-inclusive packages sailing throughout the British Virgin Islands on a luxury catamaran complete with a captain and private chef!

We don’t travel as much as we used to, can I transfer my membership to a family member?

Yes! We realize that as our family changes and we get older, our travel habits change. This is why we allow you to transfer your membership to a family member so they can take advantage of all the benefits that you have already invested in.

What benefits other than travel does my membership offer?

We want to make sure your membership offers value every day of the week, and not just when you travel. On your member website, you’ll see the ‘Shopping’ tab. We have partnered with Leisure Hub that provides you discounts to everything from restaurants, event and theme park tickets to electronics, tax services, oil changes. Most likely if it’s something you purchase, you can find it at a discount through Leisure Hub. If you haven’t done so already, make sure you register for your Leisure Hub account. Once registered you will be notified of discounts available to you in your hometown, giving you membership benefits all the time, any day of the week.

We haven’t activated our membership in a couple years, do I have to pay any past years dues to reactivate my membership benefits?

No! Your investment in your travel club is a lifetime membership, but if you choose to not pay your annual fee one year, you can reactivate it at any time without owing any past dues or penalties. Your membership benefits will be reinstated from the time you reactivate for the duration of your choosing.

How can I save on my annual membership dues?

There are a couple ways that you can take advantage of discounted annual dues. The first is Multi-year savings. By purchasing a 2, 3 or 5-year membership you can save up to an additional 10%. Plus, when you sign up for our Auto-Pay program, you’ll receive an additional discount. Our Auto-Pay program allows you to enjoy the convenience of knowing your benefits are available at any time. You’ll still receive a notification about your membership renewal via mail upon your renewal date.

How do I make sure I receive updates on exclusive member offers?

Each week we send out email offers to our member base on featured destinations, exclusive cruise offers and tips on how to best use your membership. If you aren’t receiving these offers, make sure you have our Travel Concierge update your account so we have the correct email address on file.

When can I get in touch with a travel agent?

Our travel concierges are available Monday through Friday 9 AM – 8 PM EST, and Saturday 10 AM – 5 PM EST at 866-603-8605. 

Can I change my password and contact e-mail address?

Yes, the easiest way to do this is to contact our Travel Concierge at 866-603-8605. They will be able to update your account details so we have your accurate email on file as well as update any login credentials that you may have misplaced or forgot.

What can I book online and what do I need to call to book?

Choose from thousands of hotels and luxury resort condos worldwide. Most every cruise itinerary, from every major cruise line, on every ship, and every sailing, worldwide, airfare on every major airline and car rentals from all the major car rental companies. Simply log in to your member-only website and navigate to the program of choice…then search, book, and go. That being said, there are a few benefits that require a call to one of our awesome travel specialists:

Can I travel last minute?

Absolutely! However, when trying to book a last minute getaway or vacation, you will find limited availability. While many times you can obtain good deals by traveling at the last minute, you must be flexible with your plans. If you are flexible on your destination and exact travel dates, or you can pick up and go at the drop of a hat, then many times we can find special deals for you that represent incredible value.
